**Click above pic for more pics** Shannon and Paul made us an aunt/uncle this weekend, as Matilda “Mattie” Jo Elliott joined us in the outer sphere at 16:34 on 11.15.08 (15.11.08 or 2008-11-15 for our readership outside of the U.S., Canada, Belize, Kenya, Palau, Philippines, Puerto Rico, and the Federated States of Micronesia).  She weighed in at a healthy 7 lbs 10 oz (3.46 Kg) and 19.25 inches (48.9 cm).  Congratulations guys! No word on whether she was named after her great-grandmother Mattie or the result of the most obscure nod to Pink Floyd ever.* * “Matilda Mother” is a song by British pschedelic rock band Pink Floyd, and is featured on their debut album, The Piper at the Gates of Dawn (1967).
